Why We Started Scandalous Coffee
We loved coffee. Morning, afternoon, sometimes late into the evening.
But something was always off. Grocery store bags tasted burnt. Flavored, oil-soaked coffee was fun for about a day. And the "smooth" blends? Weak.
We weren't asking for much — just coffee that tasted like coffee: bold, clean, and satisfying.
So we spent over a year refining our roast, refusing to ship anything we wouldn't drink ourselves.
